Teimme kynttilöitä käyttämällä dekantterilaseja muotteina. Teippasimme sydänlangan dekan pohjaan, jotta se pysyisi keskellä kynttilää. Vahasimme dekantterilasin vaseliinilla, jotta kynttilän irroittaminen olisi helpompaa työn valmistuttua. Kaadoimme sulan kynttilämassan sekaan kynttilävärijauhetta, jonka kaadoimme dekkaan jossa sydänlanka .
